Please send the following minimum requirements in separate attachments:

· Fully completed New Home Application

· County Permit & Septic Design

· Property Survey

· Plot / Site Plan - Should include Gas- Electric- AC locations

· Landscape Plan

· Drainage Plan

· Engineered Drawings

· Elevation Drawings

· Driveway Wing Wall Design Drawing

· Exterior Sample Materials / Colors / Cutsheets

· Copy of Insurance with the Address of project listed on Certificate.

· Copy of Payment/ Check Received.
